What is Kasako?
Kasako is designed and made, originated from mushroom lamps. We went with a Japanese name, Kasa:"Umbrella" and Kinoko: "Mushroom" which combines as Kasako.

General Information
The lamp will arrive in one piece, meaning there won't be a need to install anything. We recommend using Solhetta LED E14 from Ikea, 2700k 25W (LED2016G2)
Bulb Removal:
Step 1: After removing the bulb, the "E14 Light Unit" will automatically detach from the Kasako Base. To reassemble the lamp, guide the two pins from the top of the base to the bottom.
Step 2: Before inserting the light holder into the base, screw in the light bulb.
Step 3: Push the bulb down gently until you hear a "click," confirming that it is securely attached.

The Kasako Lamp is made possible through advanced 3D printing technology. With exactly 846 layers, we utilize state-of-the-art 3D printers only from Bambulab to create high-quality lamp components.
Plant-Based Lamp
Kasako is 100% made from polylactic acid (PLA) thermoplastic derived from sugarcane and cornstarch. PLA is non-toxic and safe for indoor use.
E14 Smart Bulb Compatible
Kasako is E14 smart lighting compatible, and we recommend using a smart bulb for customizable lighting control and enhanced functionality.
Removable Cable
Kasako is built with a removable EU/UK 1.5m cable, allowing you to switch the cable to suit your needs.

Light Bulb Guidelines & Safety
Recommended Bulb Type: Use E27 LED bulbs only, please avoid incandescent bulbs as they get extremely hot and may cause our 3D printed parts to melt.
Recommended Wattage: Use bulbs up to 10W LED
We would recommend energy-efficient LED bulbs to ensure longevity and prevent heat-related issues.
CE-Marked Wiring: The included wiring complies with safety standards and meets the essential safety and environmental requirements set by EU regulations

Mushroom Originated
I've always wanted to design a mushroom lamp. It's small, aesthetically pleasing, and perfect as a decorative home piece. Most mushroom lamps feature smooth curves that give them a "cute" appearance. I wanted to take a slightly different approach while staying true to the essence of a mushroom lamp. To achieve this, I incorporated ribs and lofts throughout the design, adding subtle curves to maintain the classic mushroom aesthetic while embracing a more minimalist style with the Kasako Shade.

Internal Mechanics
Kasako lamp is my first lamp with a detachable e14 light unit. This lamp differs slightly from the rest of the other lamps. The e14 light unit has butterfly clips which are these metal hooks, and I designed the internal of the base such that it is able to use the hook as a locking mechanism with the bulb in place. Hence why you hear a click sound when you attatch a bulb to the base. This lamp comes with only solid colors, suits any home, feels modern and contemporary. One of my favourite pieces by far.
